As part of the founding team of the company, Nilesh has played a crucial role in the Oorja story, overseeing the design and development of every Oorja device and application.

Nilesh’s experience spans almost 15 years in product design & development, Six Sigma, Computer – Aided Design (CAD) and toll development. He comes to First Energy after having worked with companies like LG, Philips and Tata Elxsi. When Nilesh is not working, he enjoys spending time with family or watching cricket and films.
